Richmond Cars decided to upgrade its system to iPECS-LIK and include iPECS mobility and call center solutions to support the new business challenges they face. Rolling out iPECS-LIK system with iPECS CCS, IPCR and Communicator, they adopted IP Network, voice recording, wall boards for inbound queues, SIP trunks, remote IP phones for their customer and internal communications and showrooms operations.
By utilizing iPECS advanced technology, Richmond Cars is able to better support their customers and recognize the need to deliver costs savings and reduce TCO by deploying IP technology throughout their business.
